Project informations
With this project we want to achieve the following goals:
C1- empower children with fewer opportunities (children with special needs, children from weaker social backgrounds, immigrants, ...) for greater active participation in everyday life in kindergarten, the local environment and the EU; we want to offer children such activities and such a stimulating environment that they can relax in it, learn with all their senses, activate their happiness, gain knowledge and experience and thus become more active citizens; to be able to independently express their needs, desires, expectations and views; to feel equal and equally important individuals (so that the lack of opportunities would no longer hinder them but strengthen them for further action); to be able to strengthen and overcome their weak areas - inclusion, non-discrimination, promotion of equality
C2- to equip educators with such knowledge and competencies that they will be able to provide children with fewer opportunities with a sufficiently supportive and active environment that would enable them greater participation; to equip educators who work with children with fewer opportunities (children with special needs, children from weaker backgrounds, immigrants ...), with such competencies as to be able to equip children with fewer opportunities with knowledge about themselves, their opportunities and uniqueness; to make educators aware that with their knowledge, sense of happiness at work, and higher self-esteem, they are setting a key example for children with fewer opportunities.
With new competencies about happiness at work, additional ICT competencies, through getting to know and exchanging int. pedagogical practices, we develop a high-quality system of education and provide support to educators who also work in these systems of education - the development of a high-quality VIZ system, good physical and mental well-being;
C3- we want both children with fewer opportunities and kindergarten teachers to be able to find those attributes that give them the opportunity for more active participation and that enable them to be able to create, live and work in an inclusive environment for all; that educators know how to highlight the diversity of children with fewer opportunities, give them special value and strengthen them for active citizens of Europe (higher quality of the VIZ system)
